Halswell House, the gardens, grounds and follies will once again be open for Heritage Open days on Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th September from 12 noon until 5 pm. Entry is free, no pre-booking required. This event is run in conjunction with St Edward’s Church Goathurst and the privately owned Temple of Pan and includes a heritage walk across parkland and open countryside. Free parking available adjacent to the Halswell drive. Light lunches, tea and cake available at St Edward’s Church from 12 noon. Tea and cake available at the Temple of Pan between 2 pm and 5 pm. Dogs welcome on short leads. Please note the grounds at Halswell contain deep water, steep drops and uneven ground, please take care and keep children under close supervision.
